To connect the camera to the network after changing another router, first, press and hold the "Reset" button for 5 seconds until you hear a "bugu" and reset the camera to the factory setting. Second, delete the camera from the APP, then click "+" on the upper right corner and follow the steps to re-add the camera.

If you can't get the notification with your cell phone app, ensure your mobile phone has allowed the notification permissions of the CloudEdge APP, and check if the APP has turned on the notifications. If you still fail, please let us know.

If you encounter a Wi-Fi connection failure, please ensure the camera is powered on, the indicator LED is lit, and you are using the correct Wi-Fi SSID, password, and the CloudEdge application. When adding a camera, make sure it is close to the router to ensure your home Wi-Fi network is working well and the signal strength is stable. Remove the plastic sticker on the lens and make sure the camera recognizes the QR code. If it still fails, please press and hold the "Reset" button for 5 seconds until you hear a "bugu," and then use the APP to start re-adding the camera.

If the device goes offline suddenly, please check whether the device is powered on, confirm the Wi-Fi network is normal, and the router has not changed the password or restart the router. Confirm the Wi-Fi signal strength at the camera installation location is stronger than 2 bars. If the device is located far away from the router, recommend moving the router to a closer place or adding a Wi-Fi amplifier to improve the Wi-Fi performance. Delete the camera from the CloudEdge account and re-add it again (Press and hold the "Reset" button for 5 seconds). If it still fails, please let us know.
